How do I find the number of a hydrant near my house?
There are several ways to do that. Using the map above:
- you can either type in your adress in the search box (shown below) and look for the hydrant around your house
-use the map above and zoom in and out to find your neighborhood and find the closest hydrant
What is a marker?
A marker is a long (usually metal) pole attached to the hydrant to assist finding the hydrant in a lot of snow.
